As each piece is carefully made to order, refunds are generally not offered. However, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for pieces of equal value within 14 days of receiving your order.

Yes. We offer one complimentary resize within the first 6 months.

Yes. Each piece is carefully produced to order, allowing time for craftsmanship, stone selection, and finishing.
